Team Registration is now open for the 2023 Kamloops 7s – register now!
The Kamloops 7s returns to McArthur Island Park in Kamloops, BC on September 30-October 1, 2023. The event was reintroduced to the BC Rugby calendar in 2022.
Teams have until 11:59pm PST on Friday, September 15 to submit registrations – there will be a limited number of entries per division, as well as limited capacity for the event.

BC Rugby acknowledges that this land is in unceded Secwépemc territory, situated in the southern interior of British Columbia within the traditional lands of the Secwépemc Nation.
TEAM ENTRY
The following Girls and Boys Age-Grade divisions will be open for teams to enter. Please note that Rugby Canada Age-Grade Law Variations will be used for this event.
- U18 Elite – Birth Years 2006-2007
- U18 Open – Birth Years 2006-2007
- U16 Single Division – Birth Years 2008-2009
- U14 Single Division – Birth Years 2010-2011
Important: Please note as per World Rugby’s Age-Grade Law Variations total match play per day for tournament is to be capped as follows:
- U14 – 70mins per day
- U16 & U18 – 90mins per day
Teams will be charged the following fees:
- 1st Team – $385
- 2nd Team – $360
- 3rd Team – $335
- 4th Team – $310
- 5th Team – $285
- 6th Team – $260
- All Other Teams – No Charge
Team entries can be paid for directly online here with instructions on how to enter teams here. Please note that teams will not be entered into the event until full payment has been received.

ABOUT KAMLOOPS 7s
Kamloops 7s is the biggest Sevens tournament in Western Canada. It has seen extraordinary popularity amongst Age-Grade teams across the Province. Specifically designed for Girls’ and Boys’ teams in the U14-U18 categories, the tournament delivers fun, action-packed games in a picturesque setting.
The purpose of the Kamloops 7s is to foster the growth of Age-Grade Rugby throughout British Columbia while also serving as a lead into the Age-Grade Club Season. Kamloops 7s aims to provide stage appropriate competition to motivate, challenge and inspire young players, as well as Coaches and Officials.
