DESCRIPTION:Register now for a Level 1 Officiating Course in 2025/26!
BC Rugby will be offering two further Level 1 Courses in North Vancouver and Victoria across October-November 2025. Courses are open to participants aged 14+ and include both classroom and on-field components. Courses will take place on the following dates and locations:

October 24, 2025 – Carson Graham Secondary School (North Shore Pro-D Day) – 9:00am-4:00pm PST
November 9, 2025 – James Bay AA (MacDonald Park, Victoria) – 9:00am-4:00pm PST

Courses cost $100 plus taxes. Must be 14+ to take the course.
