BC Rugby Community – we need YOU! We’re seeking volunteers to help out at the 2026 BC Rugby Senior Club Finals on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at South Surrey Athletic Park!

With the event fast approaching, organizers emphasize that the Finals would not be possible without the dedication and support of volunteers. From game-day operations to behind-the-scenes logistics, volunteers play a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable championship experience.

Those who sign up can expect clear communication ahead of the event, including role-specific details, followed by a brief onsite orientation before their shift begins.

A variety of roles are available, offering something for everyone interested in contributing to the success of Club Finals. These include:

• Player Entrance Management
• Admissions & Ticketing
• Field Set Up
• Field Take Down
• Ball Team

BC Rugby is encouraging all interested individuals to sign up by May 4 to secure their spot.
