Attention BC Rugby Clubs, Schools, and Community Organizations! Rugby Canada’s Community Rugby Fund is now accepting applications.

Rugby Canada is pleased to announce that the Community Rugby Fund will be back in 2024! The past few years, we have traditionally launched the application period in June, however, due to the commitment to the Sport Canada Community Sport for All Grant, this year we will be adjusting the application period to begin on January 17.

What is the Community Rugby Fund?

The Community Rugby Fund is a program that offers a wide breadth of grants aimed to benefit the sustainability and growth of rugby across Canada. The fund allows all registered rugby clubs, as well as schools and community organizations in Canada, to submit an application for funding based on the guidelines and criteria provided by the program. All submissions will be given equal consideration.

The 2024 Community Rugby Fund application process will open on January 17, 2024. To be considered, organizations must submit applications by February 11, 2024, at 11:59 pm EST.

The successful applicants will be notified and receive their funding by March 31, 2024.
