The fund is presented in partnership by Rugby Canada and HSBC Bank Canada and allows all registered Rugby clubs, as well as schools and community organizations in Canada to apply for funding.

The HSBC Bank Community Rugby Fund is in place to provide financial support to rugby clubs, schools, and community organizations, furthering their capacity to cultivate and develop rugby. To be eligible for funding, the applicant must be one of the following:

• A Rugby Club registered and in good standing with a Provincial Union;
• A School with or without rugby programming that is seeking to develop or enhance their programs; or
• A Community Organization with or without rugby programming that is seeking to develop or enhance their programs.
