The BC Bears U17 Boys and Girls XVs Training Camps wrapped up last week following an intense week of action on Vancouver Island.
The U17 Boys were put through their paces in a tough 0-28 defeat to a strong Whitgift School side, before working hard to defeat the Alberta Wolfpack 33-19.
The U17 Girls enjoyed successive wins against the Alberta Wolfpack. After a 20-5 victory in Game 1, the Bears were tested to the final whistle in a tight Game 2 that ended 19-17 in BC’s favour.
