The highly anticipated BC Rugby Age-Grade XVs Club Season is around the corner – register now for a Fall U14, U16 or U18 League!
BC Rugby is delighted to announce the 2023 Fall Age-Grade XVs Club Schedule, taking place regionally across Mainland and Island age-banded divisions, before merging for the coveted Crossover Finals at UBC Vancouver’s Thunderbird Stadium on December 3. Schedules have been sent to Clubs and will be uploaded into Sportlomo ahead of the new season.
The XVs Season opening weekend will be on October 15 following the action of the Age-Grade 7s Season and culminative event, the 2023 Kamloops 7s, on September 29 – October 3.

KEY DATES
Mark your calendars! League fixtures will officially kick off on October 15, 2023. Clubs will have five weekends of Regional matches, and a make-up weekend is scheduled for November 12 should Clubs require it.
Age-Grade Regional Club Playoffs will take place on November 26, with the top teams from each Mainland and Regional League competing in the Crossover Finals at UBC’s Thunderbird Stadium on December 3.

- Nov 11: Remembrance Day
- Nov 12: Makeup Weekend for Teams if Required
- Nov 26: Mainland / Island Regional Finals

What’s in Store this Season
The Age-Grade XVs Club Season makes its return to the BC Rugby Calendar each Fall, with an exciting line-up of competition and Club comradery. If you’ve played before or are new to the game, here’s what you can expect this Season:
Fun Competition: Get ready for 6 weekends of fun matchups with two regional Leagues, where you will face fellow teams on the Mainland or Island. Try, line-out and scrum your way to the top during the playoffs as the top Teams from both regions will go head-to-head at the Crossover Finals to be declared best in BC!
Team Bonding: Reconnect with old Teammates or meet new ones at your Club and beyond during practise and matches. This season is the perfect opportunity to make friendships that will last a lifetime!
Skill Development: Find out what it takes to be a Rugby athlete as you learn to make quick game decisions, perfect your passing and fight through a defensive line. The Age-Grade XVs Club Season is the first step on the pathway to regional and national opportunities, or to get scouted for your favourite University Team.
New Players Welcome: If you’ve ever contemplated playing Rugby, this is your chance. Our Clubs are always excited to welcome new faces and share the Rugby experience. No matter your skill level, you’ll find a supportive community ready to help you grow!
