Connie McGinley has long been a pillar of the BC Rugby community, and her generous support is helping us honor Rugby’s rich history in British Columbia while celebrating the legends who have shaped the sport. Connie’s commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with the spirit of Rugby, where teamwork, dedication, and passion drive success. As the departing Chair of the Hall of Fame Committee, Connie’s involvement ensures that this special evening will be a night to remember, filled with stories of achievement, camaraderie, and the celebration of rugby in BC.

Connie has long been involved in Rugby and has given back to our community for over a quarter of a century. She has been a Member of Meraloma Rugby Club since 1999, where she has served as the Director of Mini and Junior Rugby, Club Registrar, and Manager of many teams including the 2009 Rounsefell Cup-winning team and U16/U19 BC Championship winning Age-Grade teams. Connie was President of Rugby at Meraloma from 2011 to 2013, and has been a passionate Club Sponsor since 2016.

She has supported the Vancouver Rugby Union since 2004, both as a Director of Representative Rugby and sponsor, and has been heavily involved at BC Rugby as a Representative Team Manager, Director of the Board and sponsor over the years.
