Calling all Rookie Rugby Members and parents – here is your chance to win an exclusive experience at the upcoming HSBC Canada Sevens in Vancouver or HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens in Langford!
As excitement ramps up for the return of World Class Sevens Rugby back in Canada, eight lucky Members in BC will get to enjoy this year’s events in special fashion.
Five Rookie Rugby Members in BC will be drawn to become HSBC Rookie Rugby Ball Carriers at the HSBC Canada Sevens Vancouver and will deliver the match ball to the center of the field at BC Place courtesy of HSBC Bank! This year’s events take place at BC Place Stadium on April 16th and 17th.
Three Rookie Rugby Members in BC will be drawn to become HSBC Rookie Rugby Ball Carriers at the HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens in Langford and will deliver the match ball to the center of the field at Starlight Stadium, courtesy of HSBC Bank. This year’s event takes place on April 30-May 1 in Langford.
HOW IT WORKS
The contest is open to players born in 2010 or younger and are registered with a Member Club of BC Rugby in 2022 before Friday, April 8th.
Winners will be drawn at 10:00am local time on April 11th. Winners will be notified and will receive additional details via email/phone call.
The five winners for the HSBC Canada Sevens Vancouver will receive complementary one day tickets to the day’s action on Sunday, April 17th in Vancouver and will be the ball carrier for one match that day.
The three winners for the HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens will receive complementary one-day tickets to the day’s action on Sunday, May 1 in Langford and will be the ball carrier for one match that day.
Parents have until 8:00pm local time on Friday April 8th, 2022, to register their child/children as Members of their local BC Rugby Club. All U12 registrants for the 2021/22 season will qualify for entry into the prize draw.
