Come and join us at the 2023 BC Rugby Annual General Meeting!
BC Rugby hosts its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, June 24, 2023 between 9:00am-1:00pm at the Element Vancouver Metrotown in Burnaby. The 2023 BC Rugby AGM will be a hybrid event with Members able to attend either in person or online.
The AGM will be hosted at the Evergreen Ballroom between 9:00am-1:00pm. Along with the AGM Proceedings, BC Rugby will be conducting information sessions throughout the day to engage our community on what matters most to them.
To facilitate a smooth and efficient AGM, we kindly ask all Members who are interested in attending to complete the below form. Please take a few minutes to complete the following pre-registration survey, which will help us gather important information about your attendance preferences and requirements.
