#1-ranked UBCOB Ravens will be aiming to make it a hat-trick of Rounsefell Cup wins as they face surprise package #6-ranked UVIC Vikes in the Men’s Premier League Final.
Defending champions Ravens remain unbeaten in 2026 after a shaky start to the 2025/26 season, and booked their place in the Final thanks to a 45-5 semi-final win over James Bay AA.
Vikes, meanwhile, finished sixth in the regular season standings but have beaten #3-ranked Westshore RFC and #2-ranked UBC Thunderbirds in their Playoff fixtures, enjoying a 37-21 win over the Thunderbirds in Saturday’s Semi-Final.
Ravens have beaten Vikes twice already this season – but Championship Finals are a different setting altogether!
Women’s Premier League
FINAL: Westshore RFC vs. Vancouver Thunderbirds
Time: KO at 2:15 PM PST
Location: Field 1
#4-seeded Westshore RFC will face #3-seeded Vancouver Thunderbirds in the Women’s Premier League Final.
Vancouver Thunderbirds will be aiming for a fifth-straight Gordon Harris Memorial Trophy Championship win having beaten Westshore RFC in 2023, 2024 and 2025, while the Island team will be more determined than ever to stop the University dynasty.
Westshore defeated top seeds Meraloma RFC in the Semi-Finals, showing incredible perseverance to come back from a 0-10 deficit and a red card and claim an 18-10 triumph.
Vancouver Thunderbirds saw off the challenge of #2-ranked Burnaby Lake RFC with a 31-14 win to advance.
The Thunderbirds take a psychological advantage into Finals having beaten Westshore RFC twice in regular season.

FINAL: Vancouver Rowing Club vs. Capilano RFC

We await a cracking Men’s Division 1 Championship Final as the top two Mainland seeds will do battle at South Surrey Athletic Park!
Top-ranked Vancouver Rowing Club will face nearby rivals Capilano RFC in a highly-anticipated clash. The Rowers finished top of the pile with 14 wins from 16 matches before edging Axemen RFC and last year’s beaten finalists, Nanaimo Hornets RFC, in their Playoff matches.
Capilano RFC, meanwhile, will be back vying for a Championship title after finishing fourth in the regular season standing with 13 wins and three losses over the course of the year. Capilano beat Langley RFC and Island’s top seeds, UVIC Vikes, in their Playoff run.
Capilano RFC narrowly defeated the Rowers 21-17 in January – who will come out on top in the biggest game of the year?
Women’s Division 1
FINAL: Kamloops Raiders RFC vs. Capilano RFC
Time: KO at 3:15 PM PST
Location: Field 2
#4-ranked Capilano RFC and #2-ranked Kamloops Raiders RFC will play for the right to lift the Karen Moore Women’s Division 1 Trophy in what should be a fantastic Final.
Capilano RFC toppled top-seeded Comox Valley Kickers 37-5 in their Playoff Semi-Final, having seen off the challenge of James Bay AA in the Quarter-Finals. Caps finished the regular season with an 8-4-1 record.
Kamloops, meanwhile, edged past a tough Bayside Sharks RFC team in the Semi-Finals with a 27-21 victory, having beaten Nanaimo Hornets RFC in the Quarter-Finals.
Kamloops head into the Final knowing they haven’t lost to Capilano RFC in the regular season – finishing their three-match series with two wins and a tie – but the Klahanie Park side will no doubt be out for revenge where it matters most.

The Men’s Division 2 Final will see the top two seeded teams battle it out on the biggest stage for ultimate glory.
#1-ranked Kelowna Crows RFC, coming off a fantastic season of 18 wins from 19 matches, face the #2-seeded and defending champions Kamloops Raiders RFC in the Championship Final.
Kamloops finished second in the regular season standings with 15 victories this year; a brilliant return after several key players from their 2024/25 Championship winning season retired following last year’s Final.
The Crows advanced to the Semi-Finals with a default win over Chilliwack before dispatching Kats RFC 43-10 in the Semi-Finals. Kamloops defeated Richmond RFC 44-29 and then #3-ranked United Rugby 76-19 in the Semi-Finals.
The Crows twice defeated Kamloops in regular season – but with a Championship on the line, this Final is very much up for grabs!

They defeated Kelowna Crows RFC in the Quarter-Finals before getting revenge over Langley RFC with a 38-8 Semi-Final victory.
Vancouver Rowing Club finished second overall, with 13 wins from 16 matches, before seeing off the threat of Abbotsford RFC (Quarter-Finals) and Bayside Sharks RFC (Semi-Finals) in their Play-Off campaign.
