Come and join us for a celebration of Rugby at the 2025 BC Rugby Senior Club Finals in Abbotsford! You are invited to Abbotsford Exhibition Park, on Saturday May 3 for a big day of action.
Featuring seven provincial finals from BC Rugby’s Senior Club Leagues, including Championship matches for the BC Rugby Men’s Premier League and the BC Rugby Women’s Premier League, the action will be split across two fields as the flagship end-of-season celebration makes an exciting return to the BC Rugby calendar.
The 2025 BC Rugby Senior Club Finals will be a ticketed event, with all attendees requiring a ticket for entry.

Come and join us for an action-packed day of Championship Rugby at the 2025 BC Rugby Senior Club Finals!
Featuring seven Finals from BC Rugby’s Senior Club Leagues – including Championship matches for the BC Rugby Men’s and Women’s Premier Leagues – the action will be split across two fields as the flagship end-of-season celebration comes to Abbotsford.
Fans will be able to enjoy a festival atmosphere, enjoy a bite from a local food truck, pick up BC Rugby merch from the O’Neills tent on site, and take in some of the best Rugby action in the province.
Attendees aged 19+ can also enjoy a beverage from our on-site bar!
The 2025 BC Rugby Senior Club Finals will be a ticketed event. Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the gate on event day.

Regular Pricing – After April 6th:
- Age 19+ – $20
- Age 14-18 – $10
- Age 13 or younger – Free admission

VENUE AND EVENT DETAILS
The 2025 BC Rugby Senior Club Finals will take place at Abbotsford Exhibition Park. Everyone is welcome to come and watch a fantastic day of Rugby!
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025
Time: 9:30am-6:00pm (approximate timings)
Venue: 32470 Haida Dr, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5A6

Matches: Finals will be contested across two fields. Award presentations will take place on the respective field immediately after each game is finished.
Special Event Licensing: The fenced venue is licensed so patrons aged 19+ will be able to enjoy alcoholic beverages inside the venue.
Family Zone: A family zone will be available for patrons to enjoy between the two fields – please note this is a NO ALCOHOL AREA.
Seating: Fans are encouraged to bring their own seating. Fans will not be permitted to sit between the two match fields – this is team access area only.
Parking: Spectator parking is available at Abbotsford Exhibition Park.
Media Coverage: Please be aware that photographers and live-streaming will be operating on site throughout the day.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a LICENSED SPECIAL EVENT – no alcohol is to be consumed outside of licensed areas. Any teams bringing in alcohol or drinking alcohol outside of permitted areas will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

In the event that livestreaming to YouTube is not available, we will endeavour to livestream all games through the VEO LIVE App.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON SITE
REFRESHMENTS ON SITE
Food Trucks: Food trucks that will be on site will be listed here once confirmed by BC Rugby. The Concessions Stand at Abbotsford Exhibition Park will also be open.
Beer Garden: Our entire fenced venue will be fully licensed so patrons will be able to enjoy alcoholic beverages fieldside! There will be two bars for patrons to purchase drinks – you must be over 19 years of age to purchase alcohol.
Seating: Patrons are encouraged to bring their own seating to set up.
Pets: Dogs will be allowed into the venue but must be on a leash at all times.
