BC Bears U16 Girls 7s Open ID Session
BC Rugby will be holding an Open Trial Session for U16 Girls interested in playing on the BC Bears 7s Team, competing regionally during the Winter 7s Season – January to March 2023. On this Team, Players will have the opportunity to be identified for the BC Bears U18 Elite Youth 7s Team for the Fall 2023 Season.
The Session will include:
- Speed and Conditioning Testing with Rugby Canada’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jenn Joyce
- Running Mechanics
- Rugby Skills Drills
- Game Play
