BC U18 Girls Elite Youth 7s Trial Session (Invite Only)

BC Rugby will be holding a Trial Session for U18 Girls who have been identified for the BC Bears Elite Youth 7s Team headed to New Zealand to compete at the World School Sevens Tournament from December 10^th – December 19^th, 2022.

The Session will include:

1. Speed and Conditioning Testing with Rugby Canada’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jenn Joyce
2. Running Mechanics
3. Rugby Skills Drills
4. Game Play

*Only athletes who have been invited can attend.*
