Are you interested in learning how to become a Rugby official? Complete your Level 1 Introduction to Rugby Officiating Course in Victoria, Burnaby, Nanaimo, or Abbotsford this summer.
Courses cost $100 plus taxes.
There are many benefits to officiating in Rugby. It is a great way to stay involved in Rugby after playing and give something back to the sport.
Officiating also helps with your own personal and professional development, and it helps broaden your Rugby knowledge. It keeps you both physically and mentally fit and is incredibly rewarding.
Courses take place on the following dates:
- September 11: MacDonald Park, Victoria, BC (9:00am-3:30pm)
- September 11: Burnaby Lake Rugby Club, Burnaby, BC (9:00am-3:30pm)
- September 18: May Bennett Pioneer Park, Nanaimo, BC (9:00am-3:30pm)
- September 18: Chief Dan George School, Abbotsford, BC (9:00am-3:30pm)
Certification lasts as long as you actively officiate and complete the ongoing education – no need to repeat each year!
