Welcome to the BC Rugby 2024 Fall Age-Grade Club Season Page. Here you will find all information related to the 2024 Fall Age-Grade Club Season, including key dates for the year.
The Age-Grade Club season traditionally starts in September and ends with the Club Finals in December. Club Rugby is the lifeblood of Rugby in BC. With over 60 registered Clubs in the Province, there is usually lots of competitive XVs and 7s action taking place throughout the year.

2024 Fall Age-Grade Key Dates
Mark your calendars! Age-Grade Club League fixtures will officially kick off on Sunday, September 29 and will run until November 24, with a break weekend set for October 13 over Thanksgiving.
Age-Grade Club Regional Play-Offs will take place from November 24, before the top U16 and U18 Boys and Girls teams from the Mainland and Island will face off for the provincial championship at the 2024 Age-Grade Club Finals at Langford’s Starlight Stadium on Sunday, December 8.
U14 Boys and Girls will contest Regional Finals only.

- September 29: Week 1 – Season Starts
- October 6: Week 2
- October 13: Thanksgiving (no games)
- October 20: Week 3
- October 27: Week 4
- November 3: Week 5
- November 10: Week 6
- November 17: Week 7
- November 24: Mainland/Island Playoffs
- December 1: Mainland/Island Regional Finals
- December 8: 2024 Age-Grade Club Finals (Starlight Stadium)

Concussion Modules – Get Prepared For The New Season!
When it comes to Rugby, safety and player welfare is the most important thing. Whether you are playing Senior Rugby for your Club or signing your child up for Rookie Rugby, we want you to have a safe and positive experience. There are lots of resources to help protect both your physical and mental wellbeing in Rugby.

BC Rugby adheres to World Rugby’s policy of “Recognize and Remove” when dealing with concussions or suspected concussions. Anyone on or around the Rugby pitch has a responsibility to be aware of the symptoms of concussion and are encouraged to complete World Rugby’s online Concussion Management module. We strongly encourage parents, guardians, partners or housemates of Rugby players to complete the online module to be informed.
Rugby Canada Club Marketing Toolkit
Rugby Canada has produced a Club Marketing Tool resource to assist Clubs with their marketing and communication needs. The tool is available in English and French.
