Retaining Girls in Sport and Physical Activity (viaSport)
As part of the Women and Leadership series, viaSport is excited to be hosting its next lab: Retaining Girls and Sport in and Physical Activity.
Attendees will learn how holistically designed sport programs that take into account girls psyco-social needs can increase their participation and retention in sport.
This interactive workshop will apply a gender lens to sport and physical activity programs. In this 90 minute session, participants will learn how holistically designed programs meet the psycho-social needs of girls and increase their participation and retention in sport and recreation.
