BC Rugby is excited to confirm the Coaching Clinic schedules that will take place during the upcoming U SPORTS Women’s University National Championships (University of Victoria) and Men’s University National Championships (UBC) throughout November and December.
All sessions are free to attend – full details on each Coaching Clinic can be found below. Anyone interested in attending must register using the link below – please select the sessions that you will attend so the presenters can prepare properly.

UPDATE: Session 5 at UBC (Skill Acquisition with Spencer Robinson) has been moved to the earlier time of 10:00am-11:30am on Saturday, December 3 due to the McKechnie Cup.
Coaching Clinic Schedule – Vancouver
Location: University of British Columbia – Gerald McGavin Rugby Centre (2765 Westbrook Mall)
Dates: December 1-3, 2022
There will be five sessions presented. All sessions are free of charge, but please indicate which ones you will attend so the presenter can prepare properly. Two sessions will be presented on Thursday, December 1 and three presented on Saturday, December 3:
Session 1 – Defensive Tracking Skills

Topic: Wrestling and Preparation for contact in rugby. Covering tackling and on field preparation in conjunction with what Joe McCullum does in gym for activation.
